1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and bajebd (hereinafter referred to as "bajebd", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bajebd.app and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.

3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bajebd platform at any given time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

4.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though bajebd reserves the right to apply account-level limits in certain circumstances.
- Deposits are credited to your bajebd account in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfer methods.
- bajebd does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose charges, for which bajebd bears no responsibility.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method require prior approval from our support team.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for approved bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) banking business days.
- bajebd reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or as part of a routine security review.

9. Intellectual Property

11. Account Suspension and Termination
bajebd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where:
